DELIVERY POLICY

TNG currently ships across all regions of Lebanon.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Lebanon.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the collection and product selected.

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted especially for you and may require up to 15 business days to be prepared and dispatched.

The estimated dispatch timeframe for each product will be clearly stated on its respective product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Lebanon generally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Customers may be required to provide a signature upon delivery.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Our customers may request an exchange for a different size, color or product within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Our customers may return their order for store credit as we do not offer refunds at the moment.

In order for the exchange/return request to be accepted, all items must remain in their original condition. Items must be unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

For damaged or defective merchandise received by the customer, you will be provided with a replacement with no additional cost, in addition to free return shipping. If the item is out of stock you may choose a different item or a complete refund.

Store credit or exchange will be processed within 3 days from date of receiving your request.

When placing an exchange/return request, kindly mention your Order ID number in addition to the alternate item you wish to receive.
